Policies and Forms


  • Only healthy, stable pets will be permitted to be boarded with us. My Pet Butler reserves the right to refuse care to any pet that presents behavior that is considered to be too risky.
  • Owners must have an active account with My Pet Butler to make boarding reservations
  •  Absolutely NO FEMALE pets in heat.
  •  Boarding fees are charged by the day and are paid at check out.
  •  Doggy Play Day offered on a space available basis.
  • 24 hour cancellation notice required.
  • 48 hour notification for holiday periods.
  •  ​Owners will provide sufficient food for each pet.
  • All pets must be up-to-date on required vaccinations to include bordatella (kennel cough) for dogs.
  • Check in/out will take place during office hours.


  •  Payment Types: Cash - Check - Credit Card
  •  Fees may be assessed for late or nonpayment of services as well as for returned checks.
  • Reservations:
  • Made by the day for each day your pet is present
  • Every attempt should be made to use the online, client portal to submit reservation requests. Email and text requests are acceptable.
  • The online reservation tool will be blocked when the kennels are 90% full, please call for availability.
  • ​No phone reservations please.
  • Last minute requests will be handled on a case-by-case and space available basis.
  •  Cancellation Fees: $30.00 for no notice cancellations
